Service Description
CODForceTV provides an entertainment access service by delivering M3U links and Xtream Codes credentials. Our solution includes advanced Antifreeze V8.1 technology,
We strictly provide access credentials and are not responsible for third-party apps, devices, or external factors.
By purchasing, you agree that our service is limited to delivering these credentials with no additional guarantees or technical support, any additional expectations are outside the scope of this agreement.
Refund Policy for CODForceTV
Thank you for choosing CODForceTV! We strive to provide a top-tier entertainment experience. Here’s everything you need to know about contract and refunds:
1. Our Refund Promise
- FULL REFUND in the first 24 hours, partial refund after 24 hours as the service is started to be consumed.
- We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee if the service is completely non-functional for more than 7 days straight, with us failing to give you a backup solution.
2. When Refunds Are NOT Available
We do not provide refunds for the following reasons:
- “I’m not satisfied.”
- Missing your favorite channel or series.
- Some channels are not working.
- Issues caused by your device or setup.
- Or Any other personal preferences.
3. Refund Rules for PayPal Customers
- No refunds for the reasons in article 2.
- No refunds after using a trial account.
- No refunds after 12 hours of receiving the service.
- All payments are final after 12 hour.
⚠️ Important:
If you open a dispute through PayPal that goes against this refund policy, it will be considered a breach of our terms. This may result in:
- Automatic loss of the dispute (as PayPal recognizes our policy).
- Suspension or permanent blocking of your account.
This means you risk ending up with no money and no account.
To avoid such consequences, we strongly recommend reaching out to our support team for any issues or concerns before taking any further action.
4. Refund Requests for Ineligible Cases
After 24 hours, all payments are final.
If you request a refund and do not meet our criteria, the following fees apply:
- €15 for the first month (service and setup fee).
- €5 processing fee for handling the refund.
- €15 for every additional 30 days of service.
Refunds requested after 24 hours are subject to these charges regardless of the reason.
5. Free Trial Available
Not sure if CODForceTV is right for you?
We offer a 60-minute free trial so you can test the service before making a payment.
6. Device Compatibility
Our service provides a working channel list designed for various devices. However, we can’t guarantee compatibility with every setup. If your device isn’t working with the service, refunds won’t be provided, as device is responsibility of customer.
7. Responsible Purchases
- Make sure you understand how the service works before purchasing.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to understand how to use the provided channel list before making a purchase. If you are uncertain about your ability to utilize our service, we strongly advise you to seek clarification from our team before placing an order.
8. Disputes and False Claims
If you file a false dispute:
- You will lose the dispute and may be banned from our service.
- Please use disputes responsibly and only for valid reasons.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact Support: Reach out within the eligible period.
- Provide Details: Include your order number and describe the issue.
- Wait for Review: Refunds are processed within 7 business days if approved.
9. Antifreeze V8.1 Technology
Our service features Antifreeze V8.1 technology, designed to enhance your viewing experience by offering multiple quality options for key channels. For example, instead of a single HD stream, we provide channels in HD, UHD, 720p HEVC, and 4K, ensuring better performance across various devices and internet conditions.
While our system aims to deliver a seamless experience, exceptions may occur due to external factors or technical limitations. Please note that this technology applies to the overall service quality and not to every individual channel. We are not responsible for isolated issues beyond our control.
