IPTV SOLUTIONS

General Solution : Try First those solutions as they 90% fix the problems.

  1. Try to turn off internet box 30 seconds from electricity to refresh ip.
  2. Try to logout and login again from player.
  3. Don’t use in 2 devices at same time, 1 account = 1 device at once
  4. When you logout clear cache to empty space
  5. ⁠if you use vpn change country vpn you maybe using blacklisted ip
  6. if you use vpn some vpn will suddenly become slow
  7. ⁠test on your phone to see if problem from tv player

My Iptv Not Working

Solutions:

  • Check Internet Speed: Ensure your connection meets the minimum speed requirements (10 Mbps for HD). Use a wired connection if possible.

  • Restart Your Router: Turn off your internet box for 30 seconds and turn it back on.

  • Lower Video Quality: Reduce the resolution in your IPTV player settings (e.g., from 1080p to 720p).

  • Clear Cache: Clear the cache of your IPTV app to free up memory.

  • Test on Another Device: Check if the issue persists on a different device.

  • Test on Another Player : Sometimes players become slow with time having memory full.

  • Note : If Problem is only in few channels that’s something normal it will be fixed automatically in few hours.

Your problem have nothing to do with our service. its a player problem you need to change player or install a new one. 

Solutions:

  • Update the App: Download the latest version of your IPTV player.

  • Clear Cache and Data: Go to your device’s settings, find the IPTV app, and clear its cache and data.

  • Reinstall the App: Uninstall and reinstall the IPTV player this usually help fix the problem.

  • Check Device Storage: Ensure your device has enough free space.

  • Restart Your Device: Turn your device off and on again.

  • ALL this not worked ? factory reset your device and install new player.

Playback error in smarters player is when you try to watch on 2 devices at same time. keep in mind in iptv its :  1 account = 1 device at same time. 

Solutions:

  1. logout from all devices

  2. turn off internet box 30 seconds from electricity to refresh ip.
  3. wait 5 minutes.

  4. login again and start watching.

Trial Period Expired Error: this problem happen because you didnt activate the app. hotplayer is a paid application you need to activate it to use it. its cost around 12 euros lifetime usage.

 

Your Iptv Link Is Unreachable Error : This is a common problem in hotplayer due to network problems :

  1. – Try to turn off internet box 30 seconds from electricity to refresh ip.
  2. Try to delete playlist and reupload it
  3. reupload playlist, and use xtream with backup xtream url we sent you with your data 
  4. if all above not working test on your phone to see if problem from tv, and change player in tv.

  • Live tv crashing go back to home screen : change player that problem have nothing to do with our service its a player problem

  • All channels Freezing : Factory reset your firestick and install a new player.
